Hello! If you have acne problems and would like to get rid of them, here's what has worked for me. I use to have
horrible breakouts, but after keeping up with a routine, it's helped my skin stay acne-free. I think we all experience
acne some point in our lives, so don't feel left out! Just follow my tips and your face will clear up!
Daily tips for keeping your face clean:

Tip #1: Drink plenty of water throughout the day. This allows your skin to "breath" and flush out the oils that cause acne.

Tip #2: Wash your face in the morning and at night with a good face wash product such as "mark." or "Neutrogena" face wash products.
This gets rid of any oils that have built up on your face over night and throughout the day. Also, this removes any makeup you may have (ladies)
which keeps the oils locked in.

Tip #3: Take a daily acne fighting solution to prevent acne from starting. This is important! I highly recommend
ClearPores
as it has worked very well for me and is a very popular acne-fighting product. Unfortunately the ClearPores product can only be

their web address. I did not gain any weight after using ClearPores, unlike other products, and it's the only one I've had great success with.
If you follow those three priorities, you will definitely see results within a week. Your body will reward you for
keeping "clean" and I am sure you will be very happy with the results as well :-)
Here are some other tips I recommend:
- Keep your hands off of your face! The oils that you gather on your hands really upsets your face when you touch your face, so
try to keep your hands away from your face.
- When washing your face, use your hands, as a wash cloth can be abrasive to your face.
